The intriguing subtitle of Robert Inchausti’s book – outlaws, revolutionaries and other Christians in disguise – suggests that he intends to introduce us to some interesting characters.
Members of the Anabaptist Association of Australia and New Zealand took part during June 2007 in a radio programme aired by ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) radio on The Anabaptist Vision. To listen to this programme or read a transcript, go to http://www.abc.net.au/rn/encounter/default.htm
Coincidentally, Vic Thiessen was also interviewed during June 2007 on the radio in the UK.
Nearly 40 people participated in a fully-booked Anabaptist Network residential conference on 26-28 May 2007 at Barnes Close, near Birmingham. Some were new to our conferences; others had been to several before.
We were delighted to welcome back from Elkhart, indiana, as guest speakers Alan and Eleanor Kreider, who spoke eight times on the theme of their forthcoming book in the 'After Christendom' series, Worship and Mission after Christendom.
For an appreciative and extensive report on this event by a newcomer, see Sabbatical Report #10: Residential Conference by Tim Chesterton.
